Pretty in Pink
This is Dionne posting and I hope you are all trying to enjoy your summer as much as possible. I made my own version of a book marker for a friends daughter who loves pink. It has magnets in each half so they stay in the book. She is very ill in a children's hospital and will be there for a long time. She loves when people read to her ,so I thought this would come in handy. Can you guess what her favorite color is? All girl I tell you. She also loves to swim so I thought Gilli Bloomers would suit her. Make sure you check out the new Gilli that were released at CHA they are soooo super awesome.

My project for the anything goes challenge showcase Gilli Cozy! Ohhh I can see that many of us can relate to this picture LOL!
Gilli Cozy was colored with Copic markers. I used cryogen paper, can you see the nice sparkling over the copic colors? I just love the look this paper gives to the inked images. My base is made with Anglaise Die cut die. The die was embellished using stamp fro, StampingScrapping Design Stamps (they match with a ton of dies from Spellbinders). To give a different look I also colored the die cut with my copic marker…then added a little glitter on the top…I loved the soft sparkling look.
I created the sentiment by using 4 cuts from the smaller Anglaise die cut and stamped letters using memento ink (stamps from Studio G)…all the coloring was made using copics. The die cut was also inked using the little matching stamp from StampingScrapping designer stamp. Ribbons are Offray. For an extra touch a little pink twine to make it all girly : ).
I hope you liked the project! So grab your coloring tools and your stamp! Make a project and join us for this “Anything goes challenge!”.
We hope to see you around for more inspiration! Keep in touch we will have more exciting news coming soon! Check out the New Gilli for CHA Summer!!!

Anything Gilli Goes!!
Before I get to my project today - I have a VERY SPECIAL announcement for you! This week at CHA the NEW GILLI'S will be announced!! Yes that is right!! NEW GILLI'S!!! They are being released on Tuesday, July 19th!! Can you believe it?? New Gilli's!!
My sister is getting married soon, so I have been working with Bride Gilli quite a bit. I want to put together a fun little Gilli gift for her. So today’s project is a set of coasters.
These fun coasters are so easy to make. I started with some tumbled tiles from Lowes and stamped Bride Gilli with StazOn ink. Next I heat set it and then used Sharpie Markers to color her in. Make sure you do not use your Copic’s when you use StazOn ink – as you can ruin your precious markers. Now I wanted to make my coasters water proof – so after coloring them – you need to bake them in the oven for about 15-20 min. That is it – no sealer needed! I have made tiles like this before and have had no problems with them bleeding or running when wet. My sister lives in South Carolina so it is important to have a coaster that will not run when she sets her ice tea glass on it.
The tumbled tiles have grooves and flaws in some of them – so be sure to pick ones that fit with the theme you are wanting. Here is a close up of some of the tile.
I can’t wait to see what you make! Don’t forget to enter it below!!

Lady Gilli with some Bling!
Hi Everyone!! It’s Wini from LooneyBugDesigns with your Bling Inspiration project today. Be sure to check out all the Design Teams inspiration projects and enter your own project for a chance to win a great Gilli prize!
I started with Lady Gilli and added some bling with my Spica pens. I love how versatile Gilli is. You can add as much extra detail as you want – I love that.
A lot of the bling on this very subtle, but I really like what it adds to the project.
I would love to know what you think. I can’t wait to see what you make, be sure to enter your project below. Remember you do not have to use a Gilli but if you do you get two chances to win!

So now, let me show you my card:

I used oval beaded spellbinders to cut the oval blue paper in my Grand Calibur. I also added diamond stickles on around the white oval!
I added KC rhinestones in all 4 corners. On the side I used heart doily Martha Stweart punch. I decorate the pins by myself with the beads I had at home!

Use Your Ribbon
It's time for my take on the Challenge Ribbons and Bows, and boy did I have fun being creative. The first thing I decided was that I want to do some ribbon weaving, so I want to my ribbon bin. I picked out scraps of blue, green, white, and added pink for pop. I then decided I wanted to use a different type of sentiment and thats how I decided on how to use my Gilli Lady stamp. I stamped a pattern on all my dresses in color ink and then used a Copic marker color to complement the ink. I hope you enjoy and give it a try.
